BREAKING: Trump just claimed that shrinking the size of vaccines will reduce autism. The man is absolutely crazy! "But the vaccine size will be much, much less, and I think you're going to see a massive reduction in autism, and that's a big deal."
For 30 years the Russians did not unite, now this great unifier will unite them with us! This is what a traitor looks like - who deliberately stands against his own people, indulging foreigners! Everything only for his own benefit, not for the people and the Fatherland. Ideas - zero! Only one direction - rubles. https://t.co/2YFiW9xupQ

In Germany, government ratings are so catastrophic (especially for Merz), AfD's dramatic rise is so decisive that the government has punched another hole in an empty wallet and is trying to reduce fuel prices. Completely pointless. When fuel prices from 1.5 euros rapidly race above 2, and even 3 is not fantasy, this will do nothing. But the ordinary voter likes it. Reason is a museum-worthy thing.
From 1 October to the end of the year, Germany plans to reduce the excise tax on petrol and diesel by 14 cents/l. Together with VAT, that would be about 17 cents/l. The German government also plans talks with the oil industry to introduce fuel price caps by no later than 1 January 2027, following the Belgian or Luxembourg model – the state sets a maximum selling price that is adjusted according to oil prices and costs.
The prime minister is absolutely right about wasted time. Why did @AndrisSpruds, as minister, drag everything out? And now let's think - why was this “researcher” of Russian affairs earlier invited even to Putin's Valdai conference, to Gazprom conferences, even to high-ranking Cheka officer Yakunin's “Dialogue of Civilizations” conferences, etc., etc. LET'S THINK VERY WELL WHY….👿👿😱

France has been in a destructive spiral of public debt for many years. Politicians fail to maintain fiscal discipline, the rating is gradually downgraded, the interest rate on debt increases, the debt itself grows. France is currently the biggest time bomb in the EU that threatens to trigger the next financial crisis. If it doesn't go off outside the EU first.
As elections come, they promise again, because how can one not promise while the can is rolling and rattling down the mountain.
By the way, we have a similar situation. All 4 years of the next Saeima are red, in deficit. Not only have promises been made, but a series of decisions have been made to allocate funds without coverage (hundreds of millions every year until Doomsday). Practically all are heartbreakingly good intentions, how can you object to them? For example, small schools with 3 children per class. Meanwhile, the appetite does not subside. For the elections, parties energetically throw in the next good intentions as if they were tires for the Midsummer bonfire.
Hang in there ✊
#France keeps sliding down the credit ladder. Scope cuts its rating to A+ from AA-, while DBRS turns negative on its AA outlook. The 10y yield premium over Germany tops 100bps for the first time in 14 years. Political paralysis is getting expensive. (via BBG) https://t.co/sdbiwkqgIg
Reading is a value. It broadens one's horizons and develops critical thinking.
Yesterday, more than 800 residents of Bauska joined a 500-meter-long chain of book lovers, symbolically starting the Central Library's move to new premises.
The library has operated in its current home for 75 years. Its collection holds approximately 45,000 items, about 3,000 readers use the library, and a third of them are students.
Literacy cannot be improved only with new curricula and tests. It is formed in the family, at school, and in the library. It arises in places where a book is accessible to a child and reading becomes a daily habit.
A library in a region is not a luxury. It is important infrastructure for education, culture, and the local community.
Joy for Bauska and the people who showed by their presence how much the new library means to them!
I will gladly do it when I can. Meanwhile, you can ask your ex-minister about these 'strange' decisions and promises. About 3 lost years that were lost to national defense... I am at a loss for words... 🇺🇦 gives us the most precious = time to prepare, but you with your PRO 'politics' wasted it... why???, I still cannot understand
There are significantly more than 5% of voters who are currently being told that their vote will be 'wasted', so many are still doubting and hesitating.
The authorities create these fears deliberately, so that people would again vote for the old parties, which will change nothing.
My answer to every one of you is one - there are tens of thousands like you right now, so do not be afraid! It is time to vote according to conscience and conviction:
On October 3, choose list 12 - 'Austošā Saule Latvijai'!

And @AndrisSpruds must provide more detailed explanations about how many business trips and visits to Russia he has made, with whom he met there and what tasks he received!!😈😈 https://t.co/WDtjW2PDbK
We know. You are scared to the last cell that a force has entered Latvian politics that is capable of putting the country in order, not messing with Latvians for years, building piles in the Daugava or flying around in VIPs. We will stop mass immigration and expel the foreigners, not bend over for everyone. We know, we are inconvenient to this power, but very needed for Latvia!

What scares is that potential voters - both young and not young, look at programs and almost exclusively. And don't think about who is promising. How capable they will be to fulfill those promises! Just look at ASL - no experience whatsoever - both in legislature and executive, the others PRO, only as if from the other end of the spectrum.
