From@PabriksIn order not to end up in a dead end with the construction of wind parks in Latvia, a way must be found to provide concrete benefits to the municipality on whose territory a wind park is being built. Otherwise, residents will very predictably object or vote against any construction. Such is the predictable attitude of our society.
