Kulbergs expects that the government will not be like a typical student who leaves everything to the last night.

The stop at Stradiņi is the apotheosis of Soviet thinking! Let me remind you that in the USSR, man was last, he was only a means for building communism. Similarly here - we can't handle a few drunks, so let's not have a bench in the shelter for other people either! Instead of people - put them in boxes! @RigasDome @RigasSatiksme

Ilze Indriksone, NA's candidate for prime minister, sees no substantive problems in Interior Minister Jānis Dombrava's letter to Spain's interior minister.

The National Alliance has not changed in its essence; we are united by a Latvian Latvia, but other settings change over time, so says Ilze Indriksone, candidate for the post of Prime Minister.

This Civic Alliance woman believes that the Russians not integrated by SIF in 25 years, as shown by various studies, are "pre-election rhetoric." An incredibly shameless clinging to the state trough. https://t.co/Lkz1y9aj6a

To have a complete picture, one must know that the person whom the migrant-caring and Russian-language services providing @SIFlv has delegated to agitate is Daniela Pavļuta's wife Elīna Grīnhofa from the always pro-Kremlin-voting Par! Grīnhofa's three-member association is financed by SIF every year. https://t.co/mh4nbaBGiC https://t.co/FSQEMpNdDi

Only the masochistic-sadistic mentality formed over Russian centuries makes them live in foreign countries and enjoy their status as mental foreigners, not returning to their Russia. Overall, this is a historically formed sociopathology rooted in imperialism, with which Russians ram those around them to conquer their living space. Meanwhile Latvia is still not coping with it! #AtkrieviskoLatviju https://t.co/OMPSiCLpE8

@mansviedoklis1 @AndrisKulbergs @ivchix The Prime Minister got confused, humanly forgivable, given the workload that most of us could hardly handle. Including me. But politics is an arena for mockery, it comes with the office, so now go ahead and sneer😏

@guntarsv @AndrisKulbergs @ivchix So in the prime minister's view, everything should be cut - emergency services, security services - because then 2 billion could be saved?

In Latvia, the time has finally come when in the next elections the voter does not have to choose the lesser evil, but has the opportunity to choose the greatest good – for the people, for the country, and for oneself personally, by choosing the ASL economic doubling plan and a professional team that will implement it.

Kulbergs in the LTV election debate confused several things. In the 2026 state budget, of the total almost 18 billion eur in expenditures, 2 billion eur are allocated to Remuneration. This is not remuneration only for 3,500 ministry employees, but for all state budget institutions combined. Starting with Saeima deputies, ministers, judges, prosecutors, soldiers, police, firefighters, VID, NMPD, teachers in state educational institutions, etc. In addition to remuneration, the 2026 state budget also has the following expenditure categories - goods and services 1.2, interest payments 0.7, subsidies 4.4, social payments 6.6, payments to the EU 0.5, transfers 1.5, capital expenditures 0.9 billion eur. Certainly not politicians should set these numbers, security considerations and the capacity of our institutions must be taken into account, asked about the intention to set a quota for third-country nationals in Latvia, says NA prime ministerial candidate Ilze Indriksone.

I really dislike unintelligent discussion where conversation partners are not respected. However... PRO's desire to impose their truth and solutions makes me want to SUPPRESS the characteristic Latvian restraint, politeness, caution towards the modern AND START SHOUTING, so that decision-makers understand that something is truly opposed https://t.co/xcFYez11ZW

In my opinion, a big problem is that Latvians often look at things in small details but not in big contexts, answering the question of how to interpret the small disagreements mentioned in the NA program, says Ilze Indriksone.

They have accepted Leščinskis, Rosļikovs, Jūlija, Smanas, even though clearly knowing that they are Kremlin-funded parties, but have filled their pants with 500 nationally and patriotically minded people from ASL? Do we ourselves realize what our strength is and how afraid they are that we will come to power? Otherwise they would be silent, as they are silent about JKP, Gobzema list, etc., and would not try to intimidate the public, unjustifiably marginalizing ASL as a political force and making up all sorts of nonsense about Austošā Saule Latvijai. Small parties, after all. 🙂 Uncomfortable for the power - needed for Latvia! List No. 12

Yesterday, at the Saeima election Riga list leaders' debate organized by LSM, the main choice of these elections became clear. Politics as a loud performance or politics as responsible work. Three insights after the debate. 1. Latvia does not lack loud promises. It lacks politicians who honestly say how they will finance and implement what they promise. The state is not a television show. After the elections, someone must take responsibility and achieve results. 2. @suvajevs showed that @Progresivie has a concrete offer: opportunities for young people, clear energy policy, freedom of art and culture, as well as an efficient state administration whose work is assessed by achieved results. We can be proud of our candidate for prime minister. 3. In these elections, we will also decide what kind of country we want to live in. Will Latvia remain a democratic, European, and solidary state, or will we allow fear, hatred, and the promises of one "strong master" to replace democracy. @Progresivie's choice is clear! Modern economy, fair society, and a democratic Latvia in Europe. Not back to the past, but forward.

Pilot project has succeeded. Now the routes must be maintained. For more than a year, two cross-border bus routes connect Latvia and Estonia: Valka-Valga and Ikla-Ainaži-Salacgrīva. Together, the two routes have carried more than 24,000 passengers. People use them to get to work, to the doctor, to the store, or to transfer to other public transport. However, EU pilot project funding will end at the end of the year, and the future of the routes is still unclear. Maintaining one route requires approximately 50,000 euros per year, and these costs could be covered jointly by Latvia and Estonia. That is not disproportionate funding for a service that provides daily necessary mobility for border residents. The pilot project's task is to test whether the solution works. If people use the service and both countries recognize its necessity, the trial should be followed by a permanent solution, not a funding gap. In talks with Estonia's transport minister, I shared the vision that closer ties and mutually integrated public transport connections should be developed between Latvia and Estonia. The Baltic states must increasingly become a single home market. A person should be able to move easily between Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, using coordinated timetables, convenient transfers, and connected ticketing systems. Therefore, Latvia must agree with Estonia in a timely manner on funding both routes next year. At the same time, timetables and passenger information should be improved so that even more people can use these connections. A single public transport ticket across Latvia would be the first step. The next goal should be joint Baltic public transport solutions. The borders of the Baltic states should not be a dead end for public transport. https://t.co/e2VlmxGbUG
