Where is the party, the team, Kulbergs? Only one big “I”. And then the golden thought about Smiltēns as foreign minister. That would be another level. Everything Kulbergs would have managed to build in the international arena in a few months, Smiltēns will wipe away in a week. What about that Dunning-Kruger effect - the less competence, the greater confidence in one's own excellence?
