@urotbergs Calling genetic diseases genders is outstanding obscurantism.

About the Constitution and genders. At school I was taught that gender is determined by the combination of X and Y chromosomes — XX for a woman, XY for a man. Already in the 1950s genetics discovered other chromosome combinations — XXY, XO, XXX, XYY. That is, there are more than two genders. Including in the Constitution the norm that “there are two genders” means: 1) declaring that Latvia, in its existence, ignores science and knowledge, 2) that contrary to Article 91 Latvia does not guarantee human rights and the prohibition of discrimination (https://t.co/uGjCFVZxz0. on the basis of gender). I urge voters to cross out those AS, NA and ZZS deputies who supported the creation of the Shlesers people's confusion, so pleasing to the Kremlin.

Quote from a bloviated but plain-spoken man. Milei at the UN - really loudly says what practically all sensible and decent people on the planet think. The UN has turned into a luxury apartment where the manager collects extra fees just to do nothing. Milei simply had the courage to tell them to their face what the rest of humanity has been muttering for decades: 'You are not saving the world. You are just saving your jobs.' P.S. This also applies to our State's money wasters and political pygmies in UN structures.

@Aigarsindzers If before I thought there was simply a lack of understanding of how the Laffer curve works, now I wouldn't give five cents that someone simply needs that 'grey' part, as well as constantly fighting it. Neverending story..

🔊LTV DELETED MY POST ABOUT THE PROGRESSIVES. WITH YOUR MONEY! The state media LTV, which this year receives part of 62 million euros from our taxes, got X to delete an opposition candidate's post before the elections. The complaint was filed by Kārlis Miksons, editor-in-chief of social media at Latvian Public Media. The instrument? The US copyright law DMCA. The video is publicly available on YouTube. LTV writes in the complaint that I "illegally obtained" it. A public video. From YouTube. And the essence of the complaint is not copyright. LTV simply didn't like my comment. Copyright protects an author's work, not state media from criticism. We support them. They censor us. @lsmlv We change the rules · @partijaMMN #MēsMaināmNoteikumus #15Saeima

Today is the Selija Congress 2026, “We connect and implement!”. Speaking about regions, it must be said that it is precisely there that a large part of our nation's spirit lives strongly and confidently, born in amateur art collectives and in people who carry their land in their hearts. It is there that our national identity and self-confidence are born. Today the name of Selija is strong. The flag of Selija proudly flies, the coat of arms of Selija holds a place of honour, and the people of Selija are shaping the future of this land through their work. Viesīte Cultural Centre has the potential to become a significant cultural centre for all of Selija, a modern place with strong content and a living cultural breath. The Historical Lands Law is only the beginning. We are working to make Selija resound, live and grow!

Last night a little ancestor came to me in a dream. In his hand was a slip of paper with a list of 4 parties. He crossed out the top 3 and put a dot on the 4th, saying that was the real one. Seeing that, I thought, that really is my daddy, it fully matches the political views he lived by. The dot was next to ASL, just so you know.

The school notebook of the 14-year-old boy killed by Russia in Kyiv today. The Russian strike killed him in the middle of the day, in his own room. His desk still had the notebook with unfinished homework. But in the middle of the room, there's a pool of blood and investigators recording yet another Russian war crime. Russian bastards killed him.

To help voters make a critical and informed choice in the 15th Saeima elections, Latvian Television offers a series of programmes "Party in Focus", which will provide a comprehensive insight into party programmes and their offerings. Based on SKDS public opinion survey data, the series will feature political forces that reached at least 2% support in early August. This time – the focus of the final programme – the party alliance "United List". #IzvēliesLatvijasNākotni #Vēlēšanas2026 https://t.co/AQyGMPkZKB
