Since when can a male politician in public debates put his hand on a woman's shoulder in a paternalistic way? It was already a bit strange when Jurēvics put his hand on Zivtiņš's shoulder in the Zemgale debates, but this is the next level.
However, there is nothing cooler than coalition partners' 'scuffles'.. 🍿 For some time now, in the budget commission it often goes so far that the opposition comforts colleagues from the coalition. For outside observers, I admit, it is quite challenging to understand who is whose partner, because everyone pulls the 'blanket' towards themselves. 😀 but, I guess it has to be that way… #dysfunctional
Today I was in Mucenieki - an interesting world. The local residents' accounts have also been heard. Definitely against any illegal and 99% legal migration. NA Vidzeme 5/27 #parlatviešiem

Even if someone thought that such a primitive solution would achieve anything, after consulting the party's women, there would be a 100% veto on any banned abortions or forced consultations.
We are united on this in the party and there haven't even been long discussions.
Looking back retrospectively, the chosen answer option doesn't really match our position. The idea was that efforts should be made to reduce the number of abortions, but without using repressive methods.
You answered that you are in favor of mandatory consultation. That is visible in the party's response to this question.
If you were not in favor of mandatory consultation, that answer option was available. You did not use it.
Women run a great risk of giving their vote to your party, in which the vast majority are men, and it is already visible that you cannot wait to impose something on women.

@UsulisBintars@Braze_Baiba@AndrisKulbergs Noted that writing wedding scripts and organizing corporate events is yellow👌 thanks, I really didn't know that nuance. But it's commendable that you're getting involved in civic activity🫡

@VeikoSpolitis@Valsts_drosiba@SAB_LV@prokuratura_LV@KNABinforme I'm really surprised how the former assistant of Ādamsons walked free, who himself admitted that Ādamsons was on "you" terms with the computer and that he wrote all the texts for the deputy. Then likely also the spy reports. Now first number in Kurzeme...
Stepaņenko has received substantial monetary donations - almost 420,000 euros - from her father, who lives in Russia and works in the construction industry, but she has refused to comment on the origin of the funds.
Jāzeps Baško on state funding for parties. "We change the rules" does not support state funding for parties. Currently, party funding from taxpayers' money has reached six million euros. There are at least six million more useful ways to spend these funds. https://t.co/JTprQOpUFP
#Šodienas_jautājums - a telling example.
Vague mindless rambling from @VKleinbergs (forgive me, Viestur!), basically saying nothing, and a logical explanation from @Sprindzuks of how traffic flows could be organized over the existing bridges.
Understandably, the Progressives are ready to leave a couple more piles in the Daugava behind them, and the planned “bridge purchase” or lease is yet another waste of money so typical of Progressives. How much longer?
I would like to know the names of the experts preparing this upcoming nightmare. All of them, please.
Maybe Marta should take a pause with her flower-pot-and-post business, as well as her radish and dill beds on bridges and main streets.
By the way, are there still main streets in Riga? A couple of years ago I was told that in a progressive capital, where everyone must ride bikes and, while lounging in the streets, drink soy lattes, such streets are not needed. War was declared on private transport. It turned out these words were not empty threats – a Transport Department functionary boasted in a radio interview that serious “work” was being done to make Riga a city unfriendly to private transport.
If I had to bet which of the Saeima parties would be the first to be ready for a real coalition with Šlesers, then there is no doubt at all - it would be Vienotība. They already did it once with Lembergs - they promised they wouldn't, they scolded everyone who didn't distance themselves 'hotly enough' from ZZS, and then after 10 months they went into one coalition with Lembergs.
Such a unique situation we have today in the Saeima - the ZZS faction last Thursday submitted a bill to temporarily cancel fuel reserves, it was submitted to the budget committee, today ZZS minister Valainis comes and does not support the bill! Are there two worlds or kingdoms there?
"Your choice": Riga's springboard, "golden stake" and drones. How will the opposition party "Progressives" run in the elections? https://t.co/fpkgECTYfO
Many don't know, but while praising men's countless achievements in advancing civilization's progress, the party PROGRESĪVIE was named in masculine plural. That is in honor of us, fellows. And deservedly!
The coalition fell apart in 2023 because JV, in exchange for votes in the presidential election for Rinkēvičs' election, had promised PRO and ZZS their inclusion in the government. Kariņš hoped to fulfill this by expanding the coalition, but NA and AS disagreed. Therefore JV created a new coalition that included neither AS nor NA. However, there was Lembergs. AS is in a coalition with ZZS for the first time now, in the last 3 months. 3 years later than JV.
@pucej AS also loudly shouted that never with ZZS, and it was precisely AS's ultimatum regarding ZZS that caused the coalition to fall apart in 2023. Why do you emphasize only JV? Even if JV were the first ready to go with LPV (it isn't), Šlesers clearly said NO to JV. Meanwhile, neither LPV nor LA have excluded cooperation, and that is a black stain on LA.
Many don't know this, but praising men's countless achievements in advancing civilization's progress, the party PROGRESĪVIE was named in masculine gender, plural. That's in honor of us, guys. And deservedly!
