From@jautaa_veelRemember that we each pay for this SIF parasites' mockery of Latvia. Their budget is 32 million a year, while in the hospital, parents of a seriously ill child are forced today to ask for donations for medicine necessary for the child's survival. With the money the parasites consume, more than 100 children's lives could be saved.

16123From@KareemRifaiRape of girls as young as 4 and women as old as 82. Routine genital electrocution of male Ukrainian prisoners. This is just a fragment of the absolutely nightmarish stuff from the just-released UN report on sexual violence in Russia's invasion of Ukraine: • Violations detailed in the report include rape, gang rape, genital mutilation, electric shocks, and genital beating • Russian forces are responsible for the vast majority of sexual violence in Ukraine • The majority of victims are Ukrainian men. In a common form of torture against Ukrainian POWs detailed in the report, Russian forces electrocuted men's genitals using tasers or a Soviet-era military field telephone known as a 'tapik.' • Women and children, primarily in Ukrainian territory occupied by Russian forces, also fell victim to rapes and sexual assault. The youngest documented rape survivor was a four-year-old girl, and the oldest was an 82-year-old woman, with both cases perpetrated by Russian forces. https://t.co/UHn1k8MLBX

From@ZutisKristapsThe expulsion of Dalbiņš from NA is the progressive degenerates' understanding of a tweet… Dalbiņš has done more for Latvia's defense than Sprūds, without being in the Saeima and bringing those cargoes to Ukrainians. I am very sorry that NA succumbed to the pressure of the blue-haired… while the first number of the blue ones in Latgale steals from the state, lies and does not blush. Why are others more equal than Latvians and Latvian patriots? @ValtsDalbins

Actually didn't even answer the question. Pretended not to understand. Hopefully will end up with Rosļikovs.
From@liana_langaLatvia has adopted the Declaration on Occupation. There was occupation, there were occupiers, there are their successors. Legal reality cuts through the cotton wool! Just like the fact that World War II was started by Nazi Germany together with communist USSR. That is the historical and legal reality that cannot be hidden!

Jūlija Stepaņenko avoids answering the question - what are the consequences of occupation? https://t.co/Qe8gAmbJqO
I can explain, I have a clear history of that. Everyday items like computers and office supplies are in the EIS system catalogs. You go in, choose, click, and you've bought. At some point under each item there was a procurement and then a long-term contract. About 4-5 years. Everything 'checked'. Well, there isn't much difference from market price, or none at all. Although there have been curiosities too. And then there's another option - an institution can go to ss lv, find the cheapest and send a request to make an offer. That's an administrative hassle and in the end it might turn out that the official gets blamed (legal nuances). So it's safer to buy from the catalog. In everyday items this all works relatively well, problems arise when you buy something unique or specific. And then in specific cases it's madness. Millions are paid for programming hours without any real understanding of whether you're overpaying even tenfold. Well, we mechanically addressed this during the IT moratorium. But then medical procurement also surfaced, with suspicions that prices are deliberately doubled. But currently the state doesn't have the capacity of such specialists who could objectively price IT - that would need a separate brigade (VDAA likely). Well, that's it. And closing such schemes is difficult because there's no easy way to prove waste or corruption. The European Prosecutor's Office in that same IT case promises results only after years. Those mills grind slowly.
From@GirtsKarnitis@guntarsv @realNepareizais I have a feeling that the state manages to buy the same thing more expensively and worse than private ones. I think there's some systemic reason - no one is accountable for the outcome, and buyers don't care what and for how much they buy.

Riga's vice-mayor criticized the idea of a temporary bridge and proposed removing flower pots and bollards from the streets.
In Latvia there is no police - there is a servant of power. The Minister of Interior still has time before the elections to start cutting off heads. https://t.co/8tnHoPTxT8
From@Lato_Lapsa21st century, a legal Latvian state. At five in the morning, fifteen police officers break into an inventor's apartment, who know perfectly well that they are not dealing with a racketeer or a serial killer, the search continues until evening, and all this time... well, read the fragment from the police internal report yourself. I assume the title of the upcoming book could be - "One Against the Fox". https://t.co/jALB5bWhTA

Riga vice-mayor: temporary bridge near the Vanšu Bridge is a 'utopian idea'
During the reconstruction of the Vanšu Bridge, traffic will not be completely closed, but a temporary bridge is planned. Riga's vice mayor Māris Sprindžuks from the United List has however said that the construction of the temporary bridge is delayed. In his opinion, starting to look for a place for the temporary bridge a year before the renovation work begins is a utopian idea.
