Media: businessmen connected to the transport business helped pay for Šlesers' illegal spring campaign
From@janisdombravaIn Riga, there is minimal interest in participating in the Russian State Duma elections. The State Police and State Border Guard are conducting immigration control at the Russian Embassy, where a polling station has been set up. Every embassy visitor is being logged. By 2:00 PM, 164 citizens of the Russian Federation have been checked who visited the RF embassy to participate in the elections. No violations were found. The Russian Embassy itself allows only one visitor to enter at a time, artificially creating a small queue at the embassy. We'll see if the embassy will lie to its citizens in the evening by showing a fictitious number of voters. Thank you to the services for their work!

Shlesers' party collected 340 thousand euros in donations after KNAB demanded to compensate advertising costs. Among donors are representatives of the banking and transit business.
From@ltvzinasUkrainian soldiers have liberated three populated places in the Donetsk region in the area of the town of Lyman, where Ukraine's counteroffensive operation 'Vivaldi' is underway, announced the commander of the Third Army Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky. Biletsky notes that the Third Corps has liberated the populated points of Shandryholove and Derylove, as well as secured full control over Drobysheve.

I had no involvement. I have actually worked in the private sector for most of my life. Without procurement, without any state involvement. But I know the facts. Since then, VAT evasion (VAT gap) has decreased twofold. Nowhere else in the EU is that the case; we are among the leaders. I will tell you about the Martinson clan's victory another time. Or never. That is my choice.
From@KokinsIngus@guntarsv @CVK_zinas Thank you for the explanation. A few questions remained, but I will not continue, because you believe that awkward questions can only be asked by people who are paid. P.S. If someone wanted to damage your reputation, they would rather ask questions about your involvement in VAT schemes when your brother worked at the State Revenue Service.

@aivars_ve @JanisIkstens I'm watching. Whether colleagues won't go in the usual direction earlier. We'll see that after the elections. If I, plausibly, disappear from the scene, then the usual flank will have won. That simple.
From@aivars_ve@guntarsv @JanisIkstens With the victory in the Saeima elections comes not only political but also enormous economic power - control over positions in state capital companies, salaries, resources, procurement, and influence. Why would those who have obtained it suddenly give it up of their own accord? Without external pressure, it will not happen.

@kasparsudritis @janis_sarts @AizsardzibasMin @Latvijas_armija @janisdombrava @Valsts_drosiba I can't say, I don't follow such.
From@kasparsudritisI ask experts. They intimidate Latvia daily with Russian invasions. Who is this aggressive Hungarian profile with a huge number of followers? FAKE? Is there reason to believe? @janis_sarts @JurgisLiepnieks @AizsardzibasMin @Latvijas_armija @janisdombrava @Valsts_drosiba https://t.co/JdeckRi3m0

From@K_KrumholcsThe Russian invasion war in Ukraine once again highlights the importance of drone countermeasures, protection of critical infrastructure, and strengthening the resilience of society as a whole. Latvia is already cooperating with Japanese companies and, using the experience gained in Ukraine, is working to strengthen its own resilience. 🇱🇻🇯🇵 There is great potential to further deepen practical security cooperation between Latvia and Japan in this field as well.

Latvia's demographics cannot be saved with immigrants, and trying to do so would be a crime against our nation! Western countries' data and research clearly show that immigration from third countries brings no benefit to the budget - it becomes a huge social burden on taxpayers and creates additional expenses. There is only one solution - we must purposefully support our families and promote Latvian birth rates!
From@dianehall422823@AndrisVelps Latvian society is aging and the population is declining. To save demographics and ensure pensions, we need to attract immigrants who will work and pay taxes.

From@GintsVilgertsI was at an expensive restaurant. Nearby sits Šteinbuka, who for 20 years has been teaching how to handle the state budget. When it's time to pay the bill, Šteinbuka pulls out a white envelope full of cash and pays the restaurant bill. https://t.co/pkLbz3ITgN

@IspusniVentil @Petunijastante @janisdombrava Something smelled of cotton and racism.
From@IspusniVentil@Petunijastante @janisdombrava @zuravlevs You can liberate Latvia from Nazis, but you cannot purge Latvians from Nazism.

Firstly, you asked me about the orphanage compared to a homosexual couple. Secondly, a homosexual couple could be as harmful, if not more harmful, an environment than an alcoholic family, because homosexuals more often than heterosexuals use alcohol and various kinds of drugs.
From@ziimulis5@zuravlevs @AndisVaic @asocgimene @AndrisKulbergs @Apvienotais_ @EdvardsSmiltens @Edgars_T Then you think it is better to leave a child with alcoholics than to give him to a wealthy foster family of that type which will take care of the child's future? Interesting indeed...
