It has been said, sometimes it gets mixed up, it happens. Seeing all that superhuman work intensity, I understand humanly. I also understand that now is the hottest pre-election period, everyone tries to extrapolate any clumsier expression to madness. It's not that you don't do it too. Just to catch a slip. I can say concretely that the word 'privatization' has literally never appeared in my Development Fund plan.

@GerdaPetersala @nezobis @AlvisHermanis1 ... Nowadays various contraception options are available, but abortion is not one of them.... No one is talking about a ban, but about specialist consultation.
From@GerdaPetersala@AndrisVelps @nezobis @AlvisHermanis1 Could start with free contraception for young people. In some US state it was introduced and the abortion rate among young people dropped very sharply. Educate, not ban. We have the right to choose.

@DeffoPro The Russians started this war and can also end it.
From@DeffoPro@AndrisVelps You there in government, you slimy toads, damn it, you're all idiots! This is a fucking war! And all that only stimulates this war to spread! It feels like you're sitting in Spain while you're talking this shit, because here next to Russia there's no joy about this!

@KC86295856 @nezobis @AlvisHermanis1 That is why there is this specialist consultation!
From@KC86295856@AndrisVelps @nezobis @AlvisHermanis1 Show even just 1 woman who happily goes for an abortion procedure! A man thinks it's the same as taking a pill. If a man knew what it physiologically means to a woman's body, he would NEVER EVER say such stupid things! But - the man knows better anyway 🤦🏻♀️

@ECapligina @IvarsAuzins The oil price is only about 25% of the fuel price, even now. The rest is the refining cost, currently abnormally/historically large (diesel refining capacity in Europe is maxed out), and of course taxes (about half the price at the pump). It's all piled up together.
From@ECapligina@guntarsv @IvarsAuzins Unfortunately, the greed of the state machine and the absurdity of eco-ideology know no bounds. 10 years ago a barrel cost a bit less, but the price was around 1.37, now 15 USD more, and a whole 1 euro added to the price? Where does state price regulation begin and end? Something is not right...

Privatization doesn't solve anything, because it is a one-time measure. You sell and drink away the money. You can sell something (for example, TET itself), or some building manager, but not privatization as an overarching motive. The most important goal in our envisioned Development Fund is to grow the value of the overall portfolio. Managing capital companies in the fragmented fiefdoms of ministries (shareholders) does not achieve this goal - each one pulls the blanket to their own side.

@ECapligina I already explained this in the thread. I repeat here because communism is bad 😄☝️ https://t.co/1v7W6P21nW
From@guntarsvOne of the reasons is communism. The idea that prices can be 'regulated'. In the stations that are empty, a maximum price was set. Workers happily ran and bought out. It's like in Soviet times - Brezhnev set a price for sausage and there was no sausage in the store. But under the counter for market price it was. Here we have Valainis also wanted to regulate both sausage and fuel prices. Didn't succeed, so fuel is at gas stations 🤷🏻♂️

I'm thinking about those who tend not to participate in the October 3 elections. Last time there were 40% of them. But this time it will actually be a referendum on immigration. October 3 will be like a repeat of the 2012 language referendum, only this time much harsher. Because all the old parties without exception (including NA (which only talks, but doesn't act) and Kulbergs, who shamelessly lobbies for immigrant import) directly or indirectly support immigration, and after 4 more years we won't recognize Latvia. At the next elections it will already be too late. MMN is for the Japanese immigration model.
