Due to the public stance of Russian citizen Ovechkin, the NHL has become—and remains—a massive advertisement for Russia's imperialist war. The current state of the NHL is prolonging the war, resulting in far more people being killed and maimed. How much longer will the United… https://t.co/W8B24RrLB5

One of the reasons is communism. The idea that prices can be 'regulated'. In the stations that are empty, a maximum price was set. Workers happily ran and bought out. It's like in Soviet times - Brezhnev set a price for sausage and there was no sausage in the store. But under the counter for market price it was. Here we have Valainis also wanted to regulate both sausage and fuel prices. Didn't succeed, so fuel is at gas stations 🤷🏻‍♂️

@guntarsv But Hormuz supplies China not France... France receives from USA, African countries, KZ, Norway... What happened then?

What about equal treatment? Today - two congresses - LPV and LZP. LTV1 had a broad, complimentary segment about LZS, but about LPV - not a word...

@IlzeZvidrina Both in Germany and France, as is known, isolationists are gaining ever greater popularity. Currently the next EU funds envelope looks as usual, but what will be after 7 years, one can only guess.

@guntarsv And FR is the second largest net contributor to the EU budget and a military power. Surely they will manage themselves, which could also mean they will no longer contribute to EU funds.

The NBS continuously monitors the security situation, closely cooperating with allied intelligence and security institutions. The threat level in Latvia and the region has not changed. The situation assessment is updated daily, not only in response to individual events. We are ready for provocations. Comprehensive national defense exercises “Namejs” are taking place in Latvia, with allied units also participating. At the same time, operation “Vilkatis” continues in eastern Latvia, and NATO air policing will be intensified ahead of the Saeima elections. This weekend, at the NATO Military Committee in Copenhagen, we will discuss the Alliance's joint response to future possible diversions and sabotage attempts.

Liepāja already for the second time this week. The day before yesterday debates at the Great Dzintar, but today - campaigning on the street. Many politicians don't like election campaigns. Then there is a lot of meeting people, journalists, going to debates, answering not always pleasant questions. That seems stressful and burdensome to many. Something that has to be endured once every four years, so that afterwards they can again sit calmly in the Saeima. Personally, I have exactly the opposite - I like election campaigns. I like meeting people, I like travelling around Latvia, I like getting to know, learning, listening. I also like debating and arguing my opinion. And therefore one thing I have committed to - if I get elected, I will be just as active and accessible after the elections as I am now before the elections. I want to be exactly your deputy. I want you to know that you have a deputy in the Saeima. A deputy you can write to, meet, tell your opinion, criticism, suggestions. We are a small country and a small nation, we can be very close to each other, meet, talk. I want to establish a new order, a new standard of how deputies communicate with their voters. So vote for me, follow me on social media, and let's do politics together. 11th list. Latvijas attīstībai 🎾 Choice for smart people :)

In psychology, a documented principle: previous behavior is often one of the best predictors of future behavior. If PRO already once after the elections revised its 'red line' and entered the government with ZZS, their current categorical promises should also be taken cautiously.

Did you know that the fine for not registering a parking spot (40 euros) is higher than for hitting a person, without "serious" injuries?
