Then do they have candidates who, in the Istanbul Convention pulled in by the Progressives, do not see harm and threats to Latvian women and families?

If there will be a free vote, then each NA candidate must be asked separately.

Due to the rise in energy resource prices, the heating energy tariff in Riga could increase by 20-30% from December, said Kalvis Kalniņš, chairman of the board of AS 'Rīgas siltums', at the Saeima's Environment, Climate and Energy subcommittee meeting on Tuesday.

Access to family doctors in the regions must become a state priority. In Latvia, 470 of the 1,455 family doctors are over 65 years old. In some municipalities of Zemgale, 60-70% of family doctors have reached retirement age. In Aizkraukle, finding a successor for a doctor took three years, even though her practice has around 2,500 patients. Access to healthcare must not be based on the hope that the doctor will find a successor before retiring. This is a shared responsibility of the state and municipalities. Latvia needs a generational succession plan for family doctors at least ten years ahead, with a clear overview of which municipalities and when a practice closure is imminent. The solution must cover residency training, funding for practice takeovers, mutually transferable municipal scholarships, housing availability, and support for building a doctor's team. At the same time, the state must expand existing support programs to strengthen the family doctor system, especially in the regions. We must act now, not when a doctor has already retired and thousands of patients are left without accessible primary care. https://t.co/f0feJeKiFb

JV won't even cross the 5% threshold in the Saeima elections 🙂

“We will block the coalition if anyone tries to form it with Šlesers. If they try, then we will be in opposition to such a government. But I am convinced that the majority of Latvian society will support European and patriotic forces so that such a coalition does not need to be formed,” said Edmunds Jurēvics (JV) on the program “Party in Focus”. #IzvēliesLatvijasNākotni #Vēlēšanas2026

@SunuJekabs It's worse. The one caught—I didn't mean one of the two alcoholics—there are still two drinkers in the Cabinet of Ministers. That's the reality.

In his time, politician Krišjānis Kļaviņš already raised the topic that there are two alcoholics in the government. One has now clearly been exposed and marked! But who is or was the other? Two sectors are operating on their own, unsupervised! https://t.co/uwfxujZpvD

The main goal of the nine-month-long 'airBaltic' restructuring will be to stabilize the company's financial structure, reach an agreement with key creditors, and prove its ability to earn independently. In parallel, work on attracting investors will continue, Transport Minister Rihards Kozlovskis (JV) indicated on 'Rīta Panorāma'.

Sincere thanks for the invitation from @barikades1991 museum to participate in the opening of R. Ražuka's book about the 1991 Barricades in English. The Barricades demonstrated our nation's courage and unity in defending freedom. This book will help carry Latvia's story of freedom into the world. https://t.co/bn9AuHiEDL

Already last week, the Ministry of the Interior did everything and offered to review a comprehensive immigration restriction plan at the September 15 Cabinet meeting. The Prime Minister's promise is to review the immigration restriction plan at the September 22 Cabinet meeting. Let's stick to this promise. Latvia needs to act to close the schemes through which immigrants are legalized in Latvia.

Both the Latvian police and state security services simply fool us. They know all this very well. And ignore it. And this racist vatnik also knows it. And those countries that block TikTok are doing the right thing. That contingent that messes around there... the only comfort is that the perception capacity of these imbeciles is maximum -30 sec. https://t.co/Yekiyb6tFL

Are you sleeping? While you sleep, we pay a third of a million euros a month to consultants for the Tet/LMT deal, which most likely will never happen because it isn’t needed. Congratulations to all cancer patients and to those who are standing in line or dying in line for state-funded medical services. Teachers too, congratulations. To everyone who has no money — congratulations! https://t.co/JsJWnogJUU
