The Society Integration Foundation (SIF), in its current form, must be liquidated. Only 10% of those who speak Russian are ready to defend Latvia and only 18% are on Ukraine's side at all. The rest either support Russia, or are on neither side, or cannot answer. Therefore, this fund no longer performs any social integration and has exhausted itself. Support for the Russian language through SIF must also be stopped. For example, allocating money to newspapers published in Russian. For that is exactly how we raise generations who, in the LTV debate program, cannot answer the question - who owns Crimea and what role Russia generally plays in creating threats to Latvia. And we wonder about the election results in Latgale, where we ourselves, with state money, have supported newspapers in Russian, which, in my opinion, support Aleksandrs Barteševičs representing Šlesers' LPV. Everyone has an appendix (everyone has been to school) - does that mean ministers should decide on correcting tests at school, ignoring the opinion of 94 directors? Will the Cabinet of Ministers also decide how to properly remove the appendix despite the opinion of doctors? https://t.co/vECY6ELnCq

@lauris_sels well, there was another problem - purely English language and PR. Kučinskis can't even say that much in English

@JurgisLiepnieks This is nothing new. There was an old 'nothing special' case, in which, not to mention what was decided the previous day, one could not even explain what is happening in the country they lead in recent months. Moreover, the finance minister.

Yes, that is described by history doctor Riekstiņš in his books. There are mentioned the most beautiful apartments in the center of Riga, even specific addresses. The Russian occupiers were criminals. Their grandchildren are trying to do everything so that occupation would happen again.

@liana_langa @AbeleTrifele @kr_klavins @KuzminsPavels @VinilaValdis When I bought an apartment in central Riga many years ago from an old Russian woman, we researched the building's history in the archives. It was a building erected during the Ulmanis era. All apartments were occupied by Russians. It turned out the building was built for the Latvian army. ALL residents were replaced with Russians in 1940.

@Zaklina2022 Maybe don't give accreditation. I don't completely rule out that option.

Here is another beauty! A girl is sitting in a bedroom in the USA and telling exactly what we have known for half a year! Ina! YOU ARE IN THE USA!! What prevents you from going to that congress and showing us what is happening there? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ https://t.co/QBKa7tIcaZ

Magazine IR:  “How do you like that some call you Lenin?”  Andris Šuvajevs (Progresīvie): “I don't like it! (Laughs.) Of course, I don't see any political similarities between myself and this historical figure.”  Mr. Šuvajevs doesn't see any similarities, but even AI finds many commonalities between Lenin's and Šuvajevs' ideas. Even more than it seemed at first :-)

@liana_langa How should Stepaņenko's answers be assessed in the context of Article 74.1 of the Criminal Law? Are her and several other candidates' public statements about the USSR occupation and related topics really just loose talk? @Valsts_drosiba

Russians and Stepaņenko cannot answer why there are so many Russians in Latvia. And no, the listener's question did not cross any line, Russians cannot admit that they are in Latvia as a result of the Soviet occupation crime and it is time to return to Raška. #AtkrieviskoLatviju https://t.co/iNoXMvEv7r

I had to file a report about 4 people who, in comments under my posts, expressed support for Kremlin aggression, threatened me, or chose to confess to other crimes against the Latvian state; there will be another report at the end of the week. Threats to "put me against the wall" are becoming routine. Fans of the Kremlin party sponsored by taxpayers' money, nurtured by SIFs, MAFs, etc., have been spared by the cowardly authorities. 2026 — and since the overthrow of the occupier, we are still in the same place.

❗️In 2025, the government had a minister Atis Švinka, who supported changes to the exam rules 4 days(!) before the exam. Now Atis Švinka and the Progressives criticize that the @VL_TBLNNK minister is pushing changes 10 months before the exam. This isn't populism, is it? #politika #Saeima
