16792From@suvajevsOne can criticize the lack of communication between services, but my primary question right now is whether there was communication on Sunday morning between the Prime Minister and the head of the Crisis Management Center? Why was Sunday's work coordinated by the KEM State Secretary, not the KVC? https://t.co/VN2DXfzZp4

From@atis_svinkaIceland's residents have chosen not to resume talks on joining the European Union. This democratic decision must be respected. The vote was very close, and it shows that the question of Iceland's place in Europe has not disappeared. The discussion will continue on security, economic stability, fisheries, natural resources, and Iceland's ability to influence European decisions. The European Union must also draw conclusions from this vote. Enlargement cannot be just a geopolitical slogan. Europe must be able to clearly show how membership strengthens countries' security, economy, and ability to defend their interests. Work must continue for a united and stronger Europe!

From@atis_svinkaFemicide is not simply another word for murder. It is the killing of a woman because of her gender or a gender-related motive. That is why @Progresivie has submitted amendments to the Criminal Law, proposing that femicide be recognized as murder with particularly aggravating circumstances. If the basis of violence is hatred, the desire to control or punish a woman because she is a woman, the state must clearly name it and assess it accordingly. Violence against women is not a private matter. It is the responsibility of the whole society and the state.

3% is not enough, at least 4% is needed, but we are on the right track.

In the second quarter, GDP increased by 3% compared to the corresponding period of last year, according to data from the Central Statistical Bureau. https://t.co/FRl2Gzd4pT https://t.co/COM47dQN0s

From@LatvijaPirmaja💥 Data of 1.2 million people have fallen into the wrong hands, we continue to count hundreds of millions in airBaltic problems, but in the Ministry of Transport - all calm? 🤷♂️ LATVIA FIRST believes that merely identifying problems and searching for culprits in the lower ranks is no longer enough. Therefore, a request has been submitted to the Saeima for the resignation of Transport Minister Rihards Kozlovskis (JV).

From@ltvzinas“The government rejects half a billion euros worth of investments in 45 minutes just because some millionaires, due to their whims, don’t want to see such a project near their homes,” said Economy Minister Viktors Valainis (ZZS) on the program “Rīta Panorāma” commenting on the government’s decision not to approve the “K2 Ventum” wind park project. 🖥️ https://t.co/ch1y13przt

Unfortunately, no. With the inclusion of Zīgeriste people, Sudraba and Saskaņa people in the lists, they buried themselves. I don't know what, but something made them choose exactly such people who look recruited. It looks accordingly like fishing for Latvian votes for the majority of pro-Russian parties. There are also several respectable people who are being used.

@janisdombrava Could you be more precise about the plan? How many quotas are intended to be issued to third-country citizens each year?
From@janisdombravaWe are advancing a comprehensive immigration restriction plan❗️ Based on the on the recommendations of the Saeima parliamentary investigation committee and fulfilling what is set out in the the government declaration, I am submitting for consideration the comprehensive immigration restriction plan prepared by the Ministry of the Interior. The plan provides for: 🔹 quotas for third-country nationals; 🔹 strict requirements for foreign students and universities; 🔹 restrictions on the employment of foreigners and the operation of courier services; 🔹 stricter control of asylum seekers and regular raids; 🔹 National Defense Service in the State Border Guard. We must not allow immigrants from other regions of the world to replace our nation. A strict immigration policy is a matter of the long-term existence of a national state.
