Right now everything needs to be divided by 10x, the pre-election period is heightened to such a degree that it is difficult to distinguish the real from the artificially imposed. Getting real work done becomes very difficult, because all politicians have an irritation to unnecessarily please voters higher than state decisions... we need to wait until after October 3.
