From@SaulisVarpinsThis is not only about resignation, it is about criminal liability. Article 197 of the Criminal Law provides for criminal liability for negligence, Article 319 for inaction of a state official. Both articles require significant harm, and the leak of personal data of 1.2 million people cannot be insignificant either overall or for each member of society. If @Valsts_policija could see significant harm in @elnormous' actions, then proceedings should have been started here long ago. Every member of society among those 1.2 million who believes that significant harm was done to them by the failure to protect data is to be recognized as a victim. After the Zolitūde tragedy in 2013, State President A. Bērziņš said that we live in an amorphous system where no one is responsible for anything. It is already 2026, will we really continue in the same spirit?

@toms_salmins 57.8% vs 33.3% is a significant advantage.
From@toms_salmins@AndrisVelps 57.8% is a small, not 'convincing', advantage.

@GintsVilgerts He is no longer a NA member, that's what he told me today.
From@GintsVilgertsCSDD is a good example of state capitalism's incapacity and irresponsibility. It's easy to 'brand' when you're a monopoly. It must be said outright - it is run by a hero of the old party National Alliance with communist roots, whom the private sector doesn't want near! The ceiling of old parties' ability!

Using EU Recovery Fund financing, the Children's Hospital has modernized operating rooms, established a Neuropsychological Development Center and a Simulation Training Center space. @mansviedoklis1 As far as I know, the member is not currently.
From@mansviedoklis1@kr_klavins Isn't Aksenoks already associated with the National Alliance for a long time?

From@LapinsGirtsUnity, instead of paying back the millions guaranteed by Jurēvics for airBaltic, has rushed to slander NA. No, Aksenoks is not and never has been an NA member. Yes, he was a TB/LNNK member for a short time (when he came over from Unity), but around 2014 he did not re-register with NA. Gati, please stop lying 🙏 https://t.co/GR50B3805T

“What, any bum and herring-eater can look at how Aksjonoks and the rest of the CSDD parasite brood have been devouring year after year? That won’t happen!!!” Andris Kulbergs @AndrisKulbergs and his United List @Apvienotais_ are increasingly poorly disguised Unity cancer formations and influence agents, whose goal is likewise to step by step introduce Kremlin norms here, protect corrupt officials and state thieves, destroy citizens’ freedoms and gradually turn Latvia into a little Russia. This is preparation for another step. The naive ones who vote for them in the 15th Saeima elections will have only themselves to blame.
MERE's task is to stay on air for as long as possible and demonstrate how important the company has been and how bad the sanctions against Russia are. Influence operation. https://t.co/tM9E0EXVCu
From@RitvarsJansons1@Bongjix @gatisliepin @Krisjanis_K @Jauna_Vienotiba @edgarsrinkevics If you consider Wikipedia a serious source, then Gatis Liepiņš is also a member of the National Alliance.
