From@katrinailjinskaIf I put one association on X every day whose income is at least 99% funded by state or municipal grants, I would have enough until the elections and would still have some left. But if those where state grants make up at least 95% of income, then it would be enough until the end of the year and would still have some left.

16850@DDaugavietis45 @MGruskevics @Inga__Berzina @Jauna_Vienotiba I have only one question - where has the Minister of Justice @EdvardsSmiltens gone? Why does @AndrisKulbergs have to deal with this alone? It's a legal matter after all... if there is such confidence in the decision, then there should be full support from the Ministry of Justice publicly too. Right?
From@DDaugavietis45@MGruskevics @Inga__Berzina @Jauna_Vienotiba I have always valued you highly for your intellect, not for your values, which are stretched and weak, but please - stop playing the fanboy and support your current boss. Everyone has had enough of you trying to explain his decisions on portal X when no one asks.

The government has the opportunity to re-examine the prosecutor's protest and decide on its execution - to take steps to recover possible unlawful support. That would be a clear message to the public - we are against attempts to unlawfully obtain state funds. ⬇️ https://t.co/ulQO2AruqP
From@Jauna_Vienotiba“New Unity”, taking into account both what has been publicly heard and the information provided by the ministers of the party alliance, demands that the government return to considering the Prosecutor General's protest in the so-called wood industry case, inviting the Prosecutor General to an open consideration of the issue. The Ministry of Agriculture, when it had previously proposed that the government decide on support for the wood industry, provided misleading information to the government. In connection with what happened, a pre-trial investigation continues.

Border Guard already has full rights to use firearms. As interior minister, I do not deny border guards the right to use them.

From@MGruskevics@DDaugavietis45 @Inga__Berzina @Jauna_Vienotiba I write everything myself and can help others! 😉 How can the Cabinet of Ministers be so easily misled if NOTHING can be reviewed without the opinion of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance! Then did the @Jauna_Vienotiba ministers “drop the ball”? Didn’t they notice the “misleading”? 🤭

Looking at airBaltic's liabilities, which reach 1.8 billion euros, we must understand what we are doing with it in solidarity, because it cannot be that the government will invest again but others will not, said former minister Atis Švinka (Progressives).
Uldis Augulis (ZZS) emphasizes that ZZS, in demanding explanations from the prime minister about the “airBaltic” situation, did not want to pick a fight, but rather clarity about what is happening. In his view, the promised business plan is rather an exit strategy.
Currently, the airBaltic business plan is based on the parameters defined in the shareholder's letter of expectations – the state's shareholding must be maintained at 25% plus one share, and Riga as the central airport, said Transport Minister Rihards Kozlovskis.
Finance Minister Māris Kučinskis: today a new airBaltic business plan has “appeared”, but I do not have more detailed information about its content, possibly the government could discuss it next week.
@MGruskevics @Inga__Berzina @Jauna_Vienotiba You figure it out yourself # or does someone help you like Andris here? +Quite a big difference when the Cabinet has full information or when the Cabinet is misled, right? Or does that not fit your version of the story? https://t.co/gVX0LTZxl7

I introduced Estonia's Interior Minister Igor Taro to the work of internal affairs services in various places in Latvia. We shared not only experience, but also discussed future cooperation directions in border security, civil protection, and migration management. Our goal is to ensure that Latvia's services are ready to act in any circumstances and effectively protect the state and the European Union's external border.

A court ruling must be not only fair, but also implemented in a timely manner! ⚖️ That is why, together with the Latvian Council of Sworn Bailiffs, we continue to improve the court ruling enforcement system: ✅ reducing bureaucracy by simplifying the debt recovery process in cases of company restructuring; ✅ promoting wider use of the e-address to speed up document flow and reduce costs; ✅ improving the regulation to prevent evasion of court ruling enforcement. The goal is clear – faster, more efficient and fairer enforcement of court rulings, which strengthens trust in the rule of law and reduces the administrative burden for both citizens and businesses.

From@partijaMMNAlvis Hermanis on the business of non-governmental organizations. NGOs, by using the word "non-governmental" in their name, deny their source of funding. The Latvian state can no longer afford to take on the role of an ATM and fund anyone whose social and public ideas seem most important to them. https://t.co/3zG3Xx10fc

@MGruskevics @Brivibas36 @AndrisKulbergs @EvikaSilina @VKontrole One can, of course, discuss constitutional precedents, but the facts are that the previous government supported a 50M gift to some companies, a criminal process has been initiated, the Prosecutor General called on the Cabinet of of Ministers to recognize them as unlawful, and the government decided not to do so.
From@MGruskevics@suvajevs @Brivibas36 @AndrisKulbergs @EvikaSilina @VKontrole Why only about this? Because the consequences of this decision can be constitutional, as it will set precedents - how far the Cabinet of Ministers can decide on matters within the competence of one company's board and what responsibility do Cabinet members have?!

🇱🇻✅ We have published the New Unity program for the 15th Saeima elections – “Strong Latvia in a Safe Europe”. Security begins not only with strong defense and safe borders. It also begins with our readiness to act in crisis situations, the ability of municipalities to help, and state support for every resident. That is why the program also pays special attention to strengthening civil defense. This is the most detailed New Unity program to date, offering concrete solutions in ten areas important for Latvia – security, economy, health, education, science, regional development, rule of law, and others. The program was developed in dialogue with experts, entrepreneurs, non-governmental organizations, and residents across Latvia, so that the solutions it contains meet real needs. 📖 You can access the full program: https://t.co/mJ8qHIlBuf
