From@2_teikumi@Lato_Lapsa If there are those 16, then it’s not really clear why they “turned to the police.” Except, perhaps, the standard explanation - the Progressives always lie, about everything😆

15948From@Ivars_AbolinsIn connection with this post, I have submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman of public media. It concerns a possible horrifying pedophilia case in which a high-ranking Progressive politician may have been involved. If Diena's editor Madžiņš slanders the public media - the public has the right to know. If the public media has indeed made an editorial decision not to cover the victim's story of a possible pedophilia case in which a high-ranking politician could have been involved - the public has the right to get answers to the question - why?

A political scientist named the biggest surprises possible in the Saeima elections.
2.8 million euros spent on pre-election campaigning! Which parties invested the most in their campaigns?
The progressive pedoAngel, the vile, cowardly, lying leaders of the Progressives and the prostitutes of the “public” media: let's dot the i's.
Parties have declared around 2.78 million euros in pre-election campaign spending.
@IlzeMeistere Those viewers will most likely be in the Saeima 😑
From@IlzeMeistereIn the TV3 leader debate studio, the audience seats should be equipped with catapults. Terrible disrespect towards the speakers.

From@fjodoorzActually, in general, I, in the place of the owners of @Progresivie, would break all the fingers of that thought giant who wrote this sentence, so that in the near future he could no longer sit at the keyboard https://t.co/a9OzHLfSww

From@liana_langaImagine — NA "wants to fund the language!" That is, Latvia's national identity. Just think of the audacity! How much budget could be freed up, @AndrisKulbergs, if the state no longer funded a relic of Russia's colonial crime — the Chekhov Drama Theatre? Then the saved funds could also be redirected to strengthening Latvia's national identity. For now, the theatre is squandering state money on tasteless provocations of the "eternally offended"; that is not useful! @NaurisPuntulis @Ivars_Abolins https://t.co/clvEjS04Zj

From@taukacsThere is a plan to completely rework the PIT law. Yesterday, Saeima deputy @Chapis (LPV, rapporteur for this draft law in the Saeima) mentioned this in a live broadcast https://t.co/X4NLvaASxp, speaking about the upcoming amendments to the PIT law. https://t.co/bMhy4M5wEv

Ruks: Police is ready for possible provocations during the Saeima elections
From@AndrisKulbergsSince 2020, the state apparatus has grown by +10,500 employees, despite a falling number of employed people and residents. As a result of the municipal reform, where the plan was to save and reduce resources = the number of employees has grown by +2,500. Public services 🇱🇻 are 26% of GDP vs 23% in OECD countries. Public-sector employment is 24% (the highest figure) vs 18% in the OECD. State intervention in the economy has grown by 10 percentage points, to a record-high 46%. In the next 4 years, all of these indicators must be reversed — that is our ironclad plan, if we are given such an opportunity.

@andrisg15 If there is no consent, then it is rape. If consent existed, then it must be checked whether there are signs of other crimes. The fact that the child did not resist does not mean that another criminal offence was not committed.
From@andrisg15@AndrejsJudins @JurgisLiepnieks @Progresivie If there is no consent, then it is rape regardless of age. And here talking about consent when a deputy sweet-talks a minor orphan is nonsense. Consent must be conscious and definite, clearly expressed. Isn't it?

From@ainarsbr11@AndrisKulbergs By the way. Pseudo-officials — a large number of superfluous clerks — are in municipalities and state enterprises. In recent years after the ATR it has grown (not decreased) fastest, +2%!. They need to be centralized; their duplication (no "PR" — the politician himself must be able to speak; no extra lawyers on the job) — must be banned.

@andrisg15 @JurgisLiepnieks @Progresivie The Criminal Law also provides for liability for the seduction into indecency of a person who has not reached the age of 16, and the consent of the victim does not remove liability. There are also other provisions, but without knowing the circumstances of the case, one cannot judge whether a criminal offence has occurred or not.
From@andrisg15@JurgisLiepnieks @Progresivie @AndrejsJudins could you finally be useful and give a professional assessment of this. Especially regarding what Enģelis said that no crime occurred because the minor did not resist.

Maybe you shouldn’t spread total lies; you are supposedly a serious person with prime ministerial ambitions? Again — I personally used the FM presentation as a “template,” which contained Tuesday’s information on more recent data, and I myself added my own analysis of parties’ promises quantified in €.
From@pucej@tiklaTekla @Finmin @AndrisKulbergs Tables specially prepared by the Ministry of Finance for one party's parliamentary candidate for the purposes of pre-election debates are unauthorized use of administrative resources.

@andrisg15 @JurgisLiepnieks @Progresivie The decisive question is the victim's age, namely whether she had reached 16 years of age at the time. For sexual acts with 14–16-year-old children, liability is provided if the child has consented to such acts. If there is no consent, that is already a more serious crime — rape.
From@andrisg15@JurgisLiepnieks @Progresivie @AndrejsJudins could perhaps finally be useful and give a professional assessment of this. Especially what Enģelis said, that the crime did not happen because the minor did not resist.
