@akberzins If it were a liquid project, it would have dissolved, because Unity's pressure and attempts to entice deputies were quite substantial. But it didn't work out…
Yeah. I know Kulbergs and respect him. But I also told him that I could not join AS and vote for AS in the Saeima elections because it is not a party. It is a liquid pilot project. It is currently on the rise because Kulbergs vs Siliņa is a one-goal improvement, but the partners are long-time friends of Lemberga and the parties have not been able to merge into one party with a common ideology. Party alliances are political projects.
@Janis8578943573 We were part of the alliance at that time and agreed to candidates put forward by the alliance's partners. That is why this time we are running alone.
One reason not to vote for Progresīvie. If you like corruption, arranging things with buddies in power, receiving remuneration for consultations for Rīga Central Market, and consulting Saskaņa/Ušakovs, then Pro will not do.
Pro secured two criminal prosecutions of bribe-givers and gave headaches to Mierkalns. https://t.co/aS7tAMIv1c
@Braze_Baiba Clownery! 🤦♂️
It is much simpler for the MFA to do it from a legal point of view.
Why don't you do it?
For the MoI, doing it legally is more complicated.
That simple! https://t.co/vjLEWu9T0K
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs helps Latvian 🇱🇻 companies attract EU 🇪🇺 funding and enter global markets.
Business interest is growing in expanding to Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and the EU's eastern neighbourhood countries, where Latvian technology, digital solutions and expertise can promote both economic growth and security.
60 entrepreneurs and representatives of institutions took part in the seminar organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Commission and the Latvian IT Cluster. The focus was on the EU connectivity strategy Global Gateway and the EU Tech Business Offer.
They provide companies with opportunities to access new markets, build international partnerships and take part in significant development projects. This opens up opportunities for Latvian technologies, knowledge and solutions in areas such as digitalisation, energy and infrastructure.

About Ragozin. It looks like @Braze_Baiba has received a playbook to discredit Dombrava. Jānis is recklessly adding the Kremlin to the blacklist. That is starting to go to court. The neo-Bolsheviks are making a fuss. Dombrava is not recommended for approval as Interior Minister in the 15th Saeima. It's all so simple...
🇪🇪🇱🇻 A new level of Estonia-Latvia relations - when both foreign ministers sing in the same choir 🎶. We presented the Language Prize, visited Drone House and Kalve, talked with entrepreneurs. Dear Margus @Tsahkna, a new level of friendship unlocked - singing in the same choir. 🇱🇻❤️🇪🇪 https://t.co/qLffzwrNI8

The Foreign Minister can include any person in Latvia's list of undesirable persons, can't they, @Braze_Baiba? So you consider Ragozina's stay in Latvia desirable? https://t.co/4z9IXnBHHx

Russia's pressure will not change our support for Ukraine. 🇱🇻🇪🇪🇺🇦
With Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, we agreed to strengthen cooperation in exposing crimes organized by Russia and to advance three key tasks:
▪️ To get the work of the Special Tribunal started, addressing with the Netherlands and the Council of Europe the necessary decisions and stable funding issues.
▪️ To advance compensation for damages to Ukraine, so that those who suffered from Russia's aggression can receive compensation.
▪️ To support Ukraine's reconstruction and the strengthening of rule of law. The Ministry of Justice is already cooperating with Ukrainian institutions in implementing justice reforms. The Ukraine Recovery Conference in Tallinn next January will be an opportunity to strengthen international support for this work.
Russia must answer for what it has done — both the perpetrators of the crimes and those who ordered them. Together with Estonia, we will continue to work to prevent impunity and achieve justice for the victims of aggression.

How did the government's Twitter meeting end? Will Rogozin have his temporary residence permit revoked, be invited to a museum, or be expelled from the country?
Foreign Minister @Braze_Baiba and Estonian Foreign Minister Marguss Cahkna discussed current issues of Latvia 🇱🇻 and Estonia 🇪🇪 bilateral cooperation, regional security issues, the situation in the Middle East, transatlantic relations, and current EU 🇪🇺 agenda items during the meeting.
🛡️ Considerable attention was paid to Russia's aggression against Ukraine and continued support for Ukraine 🇺🇦. The ministers discussed the need to continue international pressure on Russia, including sanctions and other measures to limit Russia's military capabilities and reduce the possibilities of continuing the aggression.

Today in Riga, @Braze_Baiba and I had plenty to talk about, both in formal meetings and more informal conversations, with a chance to try our hand at operating drones along the way.
Our talks focused on security, Russia’s aggression and better connections across our region.
Baltic ports must not help fund Russia’s war against Ukraine. Estonia supports halting the transit of Russian grain through our ports, and making this happen requires a joint Baltic effort.
We must keep strengthening sanctions, supporting Ukraine and working closely together to counter Russian sabotage.
Continued support for Ukraine is crucial. Estonia’s military aid will remain at least 0.25% of GDP next year, and in January 2027 we will host the Ukraine Recovery Conference to deliver urgently needed support in the depths of another winter of Russia’s war.
Completing Rail Baltica is another shared priority for our security and competitiveness. Together with a future Tallinn–Helsinki tunnel, it would bring the Nordic and Baltic countries closer to the rest of Europe.
