Over the last 4 days NATO reconnaissance flights on its eastern border with Russia and Kaliningrad have picked up drastically, a particular focus appears in the area of Poland and Lithuania F24: -It appears now routine flights of NATO and German AWACS E-3A Century aircraft looking at Kaliningrad from its southern flank I had noticed flights everyday doing similar patterns. -British airforce have also started flying RC-135W Rivet Joint right across the whole Eastern border all the way up to Finland. -I noticed also in particular heavy air activity around the Baltic Sea area undoubtedly tracking Russian shipping into Kaliningrad and potentially submarine movements.

In 2002, Šlesers created a position for Nils Muižnieks in his government - Minister for Special Assignments for Society Integration Affairs. 24 years have passed since then, everyone in service of foreigners. And now Muižnieks has become one of the 'Progressives' and continues to serve foreigners. No work for Latvia's benefit. https://t.co/qksYe3LQhP

We were already told once that Latvia loses 811 million due to 'intolerance', and now we have the Istanbul Convention. This is yet another manipulation!

To a large extent I already said everything in my previous comment. This opinion, of course, does not apply to cases where there are medical threats to the mother's life or the pregnancy resulted from a crime.

What are your thoughts on the ethics of abortion?

@ltvzinas Maybe then it's worth changing the system if we don't want to lose democracy?

In the upcoming Saeima elections, approximately every third eligible voter might not participate, SKDS sociologists say. They explain that this indicator most likely will not differ significantly from previous elections. Political scientists associate this with disappointment in politics, but why do eligible voters not plan to use their vote and vote for some other political option? #IzvēliesLatvijasNākotni #Vēlēšanas2026 🖥️ https://t.co/U9RySi3TMS

@gatis_auzins I have to disappoint your theory, I have been working there for five years. Staķis was in power, then your people. Before that I was a politics teacher in high school, while I was in high school myself, baking pizzas :) I have been a nationalist since childhood, but you wouldn't understand that.

Abortion is not a contraceptive – remember that. And don't put all the responsibility on one side; it's mutual. Today, various contraceptive options are available, but abortion is not one of them. On the other hand, consultation with a specialist is intended solely to protect against making hasty, emotional, and ill-considered decisions that one would later regret for a lifetime.

Parties that believe a woman is not capable of making her own decision about abortion, i.e., she lacks legal capacity and judgment, and therefore a humiliating consultation must be imposed, the purpose of which is to dissuade, shame, condemn, convince her that she should not have an abortion: @AlvisHermanis1 MMN, Šlesers, the young rising backwards-crawlers ASL, Suvorova's power, @JKP_partija, and of course, NA and ZZS dinosaur grandpas!

5 Somalis elected to the Swedish parliament with migrant votes. They will teach Swedes how to run the country. Only 11 years have passed since the 2015 crisis, when the Swedish Social Democrat government granted asylum to 163,000 migrants in one year - 1.6% of the total population. In Latvia, migrants are already over 5%! https://t.co/f7NgeAcDEv

Today, together with the Latvian National Soldiers' Association, we commemorated the air force auxiliaries – young boys who were conscripted into the German army during World War II. In the tragedy of 19 September 1944 at Māras dīķis, the Red aviation bombed and killed more than 40 boys. They are buried in a separate section of the Brothers' Cemetery. In my speech, I pointed out the tragedy of that era, emphasizing that today we have the honour and opportunity to serve in our country's uniform and under our own flag, which these boys did not have. The event had few young people, which makes one think about the rupture of historical memory as the World War II generation passes away. I believe that school youth should participate in such events to appreciate what peace and independence mean, which are not self-evident things. After all, the enemy in the east is the same – just in a different form. After the moment of remembrance, we also laid flowers for those Latvian officers who committed suicide in 1940, expressing their resistance to the fact of occupation, and also at Mother Latvia.

A large part of school graduates are currently illiterate. They can't calculate and can barely read (spell out). Plus the old post-Soviet generation (Brezhnevists). This is a given, you simply have to take it into account.

@guntarsv Locals cannot see further than the price tag at the gas station. They think that fuel originates at the gas station and only the oil tycoons themselves decided to raise prices. When you tell them that there is a shortage in the world and the only solution is high prices or voluntary consumption reduction, they don't understand.

@UldisVarnevichs The French basically opened the doors to their former colonies. Morocco, for example. French was accordingly available, since it had already been taught, convenient. It was similar for another colonial empire – Britain, which at one point controlled 25% of the world. Well, accordingly, whoever came, came.

@guntarsv The main thing was to let Islamists into your country. Here they certainly won't do the same as in Yemen. And everyone will win.
