From@liana_langaSweden is a sad example of how to give away your country to foreigners. In Latvia we are just under 2 million and we must not allow this! https://t.co/z46YemLcJ1

16435@partijaMMN Do HPPs and TPPs cover everything? On paper 2,600 MW. In 2025, the Daugava HPP operated at ~21% load (2,882 GWh — lack of water), TPP at ~17% (1,587 GWh — gas more expensive than imports). In Q2 2025, domestic production covered only 81% of consumption. Sources: Latvenergo, SPRK.

@partijaMMN Is wind in LV ineffective? In January 2026, solar gave 8 GWh, wind 21 GWh, but gas thermal power plants 534 GWh from imported gas. With only 137 MW, wind produced 276 GWh in 2024 (~23% load factor). The problem is not wind, but how little of it has been built. Sources: AST, CSP.

Degradation in the media is visible, but the question is whether we should continue to finance this degradation in the same way and to the same extent with taxpayers' money, that is a question for the prime minister and the political environment? https://t.co/1Xc3Kaf60l
From@AndrisKulbergsThis morning at 7:00 I gave an interview to @LRZinas while being in Lapland at the Arctic Summit, an EU leaders' event. It surprises me that instead of the Latvian public learning about the decisions we are making to strengthen security against Russian threats, my 1:1 discussions with German Chancellor Merz about the EU's new 7-year budget, about the common agreement of Baltic leaders to solve the RailBaltica issue, about Iceland's EU referendum or the general EU position in the Arctic in the fight for natural resources and the new northern sea transport corridor... all that journalists are interested in is Uzulnieks being caught drunk, whether ministers use drugs, and why I hold a glass of beer at a basketball game... I believe you can do better 😉

We, Latvians, must learn from this. The current Saeima parties have been too generous in granting Latvian citizenship to various foreigners for all sorts of 'special merits'. As I have already said - no foreigner will ever truly care about preserving a Latvian Latvia. They will never care about the Latvian language and our culture. Under the leadership of the current Saeima parties, thousands of third-country immigrants have already flowed into Latvia and will continue to flow. Only 'Austošā Saule Latvijai' offers to stop immigration from third countries! These same parties will eventually be 'forced' to start granting citizenship and voting rights to these newcomers. We still have time to stop it now. But will time remain after 4 years? Do not throw away your vote in the elections and protect a Latvian Latvia - vote for list No. 12 'Austošā Saule Latvijai'! Inconvenient for the powers that be - needed for Latvia!
From@Geiger_CapitalThe Swedish right-wing government granted citizenship to ~200,000 non-European immigrants over the last 4 years… ~70% of people with a non-European background just voted for the left, allowing them to take power 176-173. Just ~30k votes. There’s a powerful lesson here.

During Rinkēvičs' visit to the USA, he will be replaced by Mieriņa and Kalniņa-Lukaševica.
Already last week, the Ministry of the Interior did everything and offered to review a comprehensive immigration restriction plan at the September 15 Cabinet meeting. The Prime Minister's promise is to review the immigration restriction plan at the September 22 Cabinet meeting. Let's stick to this promise. Latvia needs to act to close the schemes through which immigrants are legalized in Latvia.
@Sark_Strelnieks @r_freidenfelds All such thrown-away votes will be gifted proportionally to election results to those parties that enter the Saeima. Quite a stupid, self-defeating idea. One must vote for @partijaMMN.
From@Sark_Strelnieks@r_freidenfelds and what will the election result be if, for example, 50% of voters vote for this option? Half of parliament seats free?

@r_freidenfelds Such an initiative only collects votes for election winners. If you want it to be of any use, you must vote for those who will do something with this given vote, so that next time you can vote for people. You must vote for list No. 2 — for 'We Change the Rules'.
From@r_freidenfelds‼️Soon‼️ If you want to participate in the elections, but there is no one to vote for… We'll give you the opportunity👍 https://t.co/zaevw3DDzW
