More expensive financing, slower development of offers, and less choice. Even a relatively small new market entrant can change the competitive dynamics, forcing large banks to lower fees, improve offers, and compete more actively for clients. Indexo bank has attracted nearly 70,000 clients in two years, built a €124 million loan portfolio, and accumulated €148 million in deposits. The bank notes that 60 to 70% of clients who actually refinance a mortgage choose Indexo. It is positive that the state has simplified mortgage refinancing. However, the result of this policy should be measured not only by the number of banks or offers, but by how many families actually switch banks and how much they save on interest payments.. There is still much to do in terms of financing availability and price. However, the entry of new market players and easier loan refinancing show that change is possible. @LV_visiem @nralv The first sentence is 💯 percent nonsense. Many people with functional disabilities actually move to Riga because Riga has many more and varied services. The environment is also being improved much faster. But a fake account can write anything.
From@LV_visiem@nralv Unfortunately, there is no place for the disabled, the sick and the feeble, and mothers with strollers in Riga. This is a big mistake because Riga is losing people with good incomes - they move to the surrounding areas. But maybe that is the goal of the Progressive party - to eradicate normal people from the capital? Will only migrants with boxes remain?
