If I cannot realize the message about changing the electoral system, I will have failed, admits Alvis Hermanis. At the same time, he emphasizes that he has understood that “Mēs mainām noteikumus” cannot be a single-issue party and his like-minded people are “ready to work long-term”.

“The government rejects half a billion euros worth of investments in 45 minutes just because some millionaires, due to their whims, don’t want to see such a project near their homes,” said Economy Minister Viktors Valainis (ZZS) on the program “Rīta Panorāma” commenting on the government’s decision not to approve the “K2 Ventum” wind park project. 🖥️ https://t.co/ch1y13przt

Even Kaktiņš (director of the market and public opinion research center SKDS Arnis Kaktiņš – ed.) personally told me that if our ratings are at 7%, there will be criminal cases against me personally, claims Alvis Hermanis.

32 years ago, Russian troops left Latvia🇱🇻 and we regained full sovereignty. Thanks to the Nordic countries, Germany, and the US allies for their support in making this happen. It is time for Russia to leave the occupied territories of Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia. https://t.co/1gJufv3jT3

But officials had no shame blaming people for not buying generators. Especially in rural areas where incomes are lower. Latvian politicians, especially @Jauna_Vienotiba, are responsible for the fact that people in Latvia are among the poorest in the EU. Also, officials who strangle small entrepreneurs, home producers with unfulfillable, bureaucratic requirements drive people into poverty, the grey zone, debt, increasing the burden on the social budget, because at some point some start asking for benefits. But go ahead and keep voting for JV, the bottom of the pit has not been reached, you can also grow more debt. The lesser evil 😆

Nobody has told the poor guy that everyone else is running for the 15th Saeima.

I am Jānis Lazdāns — an economist, the restorer of Padure Manor in Kurzeme, and this year I am running in the 14th Saeima elections from @jauna_vienotiba. I believe that regions and the heritage that shapes us should be on the Saeima's agenda. I will be glad for your support in the elections. https://t.co/RRwjzgV6gJ

@Lidotajs @J_Hermanis We could ask @J_Hermanis to show the Latvian 'demographic tree', the number of older people versus the young. Namely, the nation's aging trends.

@J_Hermanis Sit down, two! No need to blow trumpets and draw parallels with any party being in power... Many people have left Latvia, but mostly non-Latvians, not Latvians. They went to seek happiness in other European countries, or maybe to their own clan... Should we thank Unity? Thanks! https://t.co/ah6SbZdVLR
