Beautiful! LSM doesn't disappoint. https://t.co/aZowd2vJUi

Latvian Public Media employee Jekaterina Žitrenko asks questions in line with Russian/Belarusian narratives against Latvia. This specific person refuses to clearly answer whether it is she who once received funding from the Russian embassy for her studies and whether she currently works for Russia. Unfortunately, such persons diminish trust in the information provided by this particular media outlet.

@KuzminsPavels @phronemophobe Don't fantasize. Russians entered an occupied country. That means illegally. We have nothing in common with you. Just like Ukrainians, etc.

@lindberga22 @phronemophobe Good evening! You overlook one essential thing: Latvians, Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Poles, etc. have lived side by side for centuries. We have many common traditions and cultural features. Indian and Pakistani culture is completely different, so the comparison is not really appropriate.

this is good :)

In Leipzig, they are searching for fragments of a second drone. Now a version is clearly voiced that the first drone was stopped by an airport bus driver, who, while it was flying low, simply kicked the drone with his foot, unaware of the risk. + Muncs names the RU participants of the Vienna talks that Bloomberg did not mention. https://t.co/eAPmJoAtKq

@katrinailjinska questions and remarks instead. But Andris Kulbergs' scolding about sexism only shows how sick part of the NGOs are. Funding should be stopped and granted only to the extent of private donations, that would put everything in its place.

Economic growth is about people – about the opportunity to find a good job, about the ability of companies to grow, and about Latvia as a place worth investing in and building one's future. In recent years we have: ✅ reduced bureaucracy for businesses and simplified processes; ✅ introduced a green corridor for large investment projects; ✅ strengthened LIAA, the fintech sector, and business lending opportunities; ✅ promoted Latvian exports – for example, ICT exports to Germany grew by 20%, and goods exports to Hamburg by 51%; ✅ increased the volume of investment in Latvia by 6%; ✅ synchronized Latvia's electricity grid with Europe, strengthening our energy independence. A stronger economy means a stronger Latvia – today and in the future.

The more developed Latvia's municipalities are, the stronger the state itself is. That's why I have always used the opportunity to talk with city mayors about various issues. Today another valuable meeting with the mayor of Liepāja @GunarsAnsins. https://t.co/1uLuExBRiG

As a result of many years of purposeful work, Liepāja has created ever new technology parks and attracted investments for the development of manufacturing. Thanks to the people of Liepāja, companies 'RK Metāls', 'Caljan' and the Center 'Rūre' for the valuable experience! https://t.co/UVi7ngugFS

The KP commission states unambiguously: the excise tax reduction did not reach drivers. That is not acceptable. If the state gives up budget revenues to help people, no one has the right to keep that money for themselves. The Saeima made a mistake by rejecting my proposed windfall tax on fuel.
