@Lato_Lapsa @AndrisKulbergs @guntarsv The dream has been over for a while. Under this scheme, the state will only keep about 10% only if it lends another 30 million euros, which will later be converted into capital. Due to the negative equity, the current state shares will most likely be written off or diluted. Without new money, there won't even be 10%.

@reihskanceleja @Lato_Lapsa @AndrisKulbergs Don't take away the man's bread, Jānis. He was paid for this, but the ass is not meant for sex, it hurts. Suffer and vomit.

@Lato_Lapsa @AndrisKulbergs @guntarsv Without denying the oddities of this whole AirBaltic saga, I just want to ask - why is only Vītols mentioned? I want to remind that he is an advisor to Finance Minister Kučinskis, not a minister. So the quieter a mediocre amoeba is in state leadership, the fewer complaints you have, Mr. Lapsa?

There was Mieriņa with 180 billion. There was Kristovskis with a turnover tax. Now there's an epic dumbass from the Ministry of Finance. He found 300,000 public sector employees somewhere. The largest group is teachers - 26k, then police, firefighters etc. - max 10k. Army - up to 10k. Doctors even fewer. That barely adds up to 50k. The dumbass is simply wrong 6 times. That's how he learned math. That's how he sees it. In his head. Why need reality when you have a stupid head. That's enough.

I sincerely apologize to all fan club members, but the champion of [censored] is now starting to outdo himself. The head of government is absolutely pointlessly retelling what he read on news portals. He could at least try to explain the AirBaltic scheme to the public, but he can't, because the real beneficiaries don't allow it...

Yesterday, on September 5, a serious incident occurred during a walk of the preschool "Riekstiņš" pupils, in which six children were injured. A group of 19 children, accompanied by a teacher and a teacher's assistant, had gone on a previously agreed walk outside the educational institution's territory, following the approved walking route. During the walk, two unsupervised dogs approached the group of children from the end of Lašu Street. According to information provided by the institution, six children were injured in the incident, two of whom were hospitalized. One of the teachers accompanying the children was also injured. Four administrative violation proceedings have been initiated in connection with the incident. The Food and Veterinary Service (PVD) has been informed and will take action within its competence regarding the assessment of the dogs. The municipality is cooperating with the police, the Food and Veterinary Service, and other responsible services to clarify all circumstances and assess necessary further safety measures. After the police's procedural actions, the dogs were handed over to their owner. https://t.co/xHOtQmRb3g

I recommend reading it. It is regrettable, of course, that it is not told by the groveling and two-faced @AndrisKulbergs or some other Latvian official, nor by all those 'honest karginomists' @guntarsv and the like. But well, at least someone tells it - to the very end of the intended process. And these are as follows. Owners: Polus & Klirmark - 60%, Bondholders - 30%, State - 10%. The dream of a 'national airline' will be over. Another confirmation of a 'failed state'.

People of the Baltics - meet your new airBaltic owners: Polus Capital and Klirmark Capital. Here’s what I think will happen. Rough balance sheet of today (guesstimate): Equity (250) Senior bonds 395 Oth borrowing 140 Leases 915 Other op liab 420 Cash 30

I congratulate @LRApvieniba on the congress! You @Apvienotais_ brought something truly essential - people who know how state decisions look not only in Riga, in ministries, but also in regions, in people's everyday lives. People who know - talking is not enough, one must take responsibility and achieve results https://t.co/DtIMPbUGg4

Hipsterdom.

Nearly 30 years of continuous work with honest tax payment, so I remember well that in 2004 state support for three children was less than 23 lats, and you had to pay for everything. Back then there wasn't even a state-paid dentist for children, and we had to bring toilet paper to school. In Liepāja, a family with three children didn't count, and we also paid for school lunches. Only with our little daughter did we experience what 'mother's salary' means and we got a bit of the Honorary Family benefits, which were quickly taken away when the kids grew up. God forbid we go to the theater with a discount. It's a pity that people were more often mocked than supported for the number of children earlier, though we didn't really expect it, let alone ask for it. But that doesn't cancel happiness. @E_Stendzenieks described it all well; children are a monument to their parents. I understand that my taxes now help those who paid their share and the little citizens who will later support me. That doesn't mean I will put up with the fact that what I pay will continue to be squandered by various civic alliances and Riga's hipsterdom with Palestinian flags.
