@IvetaR4 Reading these progressive-ideological comments, I can’t help thinking how contradictory they are. The Pro message says one must accept diversity without belittling others. Choices are also diverse. Where would @AndrisKulbergs belittle OM, knowing the guest’s context?
You can move a person from a car lot to the Cabinet of Ministers, but it is much harder to remove the car lot from the person’s consciousness. https://t.co/u1IivmhHxV

In 2024, the Saeima rejected establishing criminal liability for cartelists: 42 for, 48 against. Two years later: 68 for, 12 against. Thanks to the deputies of @Apvienotais_ and @ZZS_ who have changed their position. I hope that after the elections it will not change and the adopted amendments will not be repealed. https://t.co/2K2Olz3hNE
🟥 WHAT BATONS ARE THEY PUSHING ON US — THE UNITED LIST?!
Kulbergs is FOR the legal recognition of two mothers in a child's documents.
Kulbergs is FOR same-sex marriage.
But now we are watching the debates, what the United List's candidate says.
What is going on in the United List? You each have your own party programme and your own opinion there?!
And I will remind you — your Saeima deputies, including Kulbergs, made a solemn promise upon taking office: “I undertake to respect the Latvian Constitution and the laws.” So you yourselves have solemnly promised to respect the Constitution, Article 110 of which clearly states — marriage is a union between a man and a woman.
And now I turn to the United List's Christian deputies! During the vote in the Saeima you slipped out of the chamber, you did not vote, but afterwards you make excuses on the internet that Kulbergs supposedly said something else and people simply “misunderstood” him.
Then finally say clearly — WHAT IS THE UNITED LIST'S POSITION?
Family values in my view come FIRST.
Mr. Kulbergs and the United List — and this is not a minor issue!
The family is the foundation of the state, and in Latvia's demographic situation the question of family and children is about Latvia's future and survival.
PERIOD.

Kulbergs will build Rail Baltica for 10 billion and spend 300 million a year on maintenance. Mr. Kulbergs, just not at my expense. Show the money first, and then build. Show the money. https://t.co/gjdWugIHa3
A new day, a new rating. Results from yesterday's poll. Question: when will AS and the other “proper” organizations maintaining the old system also borrow from us the transition to the single transferable vote electoral system, i.e. the Irish model? https://t.co/FAbQiak5ss
@Apvienotais_ Before @AndrisKulbergs came to power, he said quite clearly that the Rail Baltic project should be frozen.
There is neither economic justification for it, nor can taxpayers afford it.
Why has the coat now been turned the other way?
Those €10BN would be better used for building 4-lane highways.
@AlksneR@dabrelis@ainarsgrieze@AndrisKulbergs Well, you know. RAF was my father's passion. They set up that factory in Jelgava. They made the RAF Latvia. It was built by Latvian engineers. Probably also under the VDK's magnifying glass back then. And?
@ainarsgrieze@no_trona@dabrelis@AndrisKulbergs Only a part of the confiscated is taken out. Less than half. The rest are sold off and the money goes to the budget. So it's not as if everything:
The absurdity of 3 October - United List voters happily think they will vote for the boldly talkative, charming Kulbergs, but in the end they will vote for Šķēle, Waterfront and migration. And with high probability - as a result of the coincidence of numbers - for an AS coalition with Šlesers.
How pitifully Smiltēns and Kulbergs squirm in Friday's LTV1 programme "Choose Latvia's Future" on the question of the Istanbul Convention. It supposedly divides society; a referendum must be held. You could say that about every problem: Ukraine, immigrants, teachers' salaries, etc. No principles!
